Classic sex therapies exercises for longer erections

 

1. The Masters and Johnson Pause/Squeeze Technique

What the good doctors advised their clients is that when ejaculation seems almost inevitable, pause and stop thrusting or stimulating yourself and forcibly squeezed glans penis. You then continue when the urge to ejaculate has settled down. This teaches you to recognise the pre-ejaculation sensation and eventually practice leads to better control (Masters and Johnson, 1973). Although this has short-term success, long-term success is still debated.

Why despite some doctors  still advising this should you never do this with a partner?

Research and experience tells us that at first your partner will be willing to do this but after a few sessions she will feel frustrated for 3 reasons:

2. The Kaplan Stop and Go Method

The basic idea is similar to the squeeze technique but without the squeeze. You learn to become familiar with your own levels of stimulatory sensations and then gradually increase your tolerance of them.

You can do it by yourself or have your partner masturbate you. Start by stimulating your penis and when you get close to erupting, you stop for 10-20 seconds then you repeat the process.

3. Martial arts longer erection exercise (Ninja)

Sit straight up on the edge of the chair with your feet flat on the floor about shoulder width apart.
You should wear loose pants or nothing at all so your testicles hang freely.
Make sure you are relaxed.

1. Now put your tongue on the roof of your mouth and inhale slowly through your nose filling your lungs at the same time sucking up your testicles and anal muscles.
2. Hold your breath
3. Lower your body and push all the air downwards past your naval towards your testicles
4. Tighten your anal muscles and suck up your testicles as hard as you can, compressing the air...hold your breath as long as you can.  Exhale slowly
5. Inhale and exhale a couple of times


Now repeat

After seven times stand-up

Move the hips, shake legs and arms then repeat the entire procedure
Inhale slowly while tightening your testicles and anal muscles
Push air downwards
Hold your breath...now exhale slowly

Repeat the exercise six more time

The prostate gland will be massaged by the tightening action of the anus muscles

You should always keep your shoulders and face relax

You will see great results if you do this every day for two months

If you do this exercise correctly your body should get very warm and should feel a tingling sensation in your testicles

Like any exercise you'll get out of it what you put into it.

4. Stomach Testcle Rubbing Exercise

This exercise can be done standing or sitting with the testicles hanging over the side of the chair.

Cup your testicles with your left hand completely covering them. Do not squeeze too hard.
With your right hand massage the stomach in a clockwise motion eighty one times
Change hands in a size in the opposite direction
This exercise will stimulate hormone production and increase vital energy
